I began my IT journey in 2019 when I joined Atos GDC Poland, providing L1 support as a Service Desk Agent. After one year on the desk, I was promoted to streamline knowledge management, agent training initiatives, and all other activities related to service desk operations support.
My transition into engineering started as a result of a major automation push. I was appointed to lead a specialized team tasked with the end-to-end management of an AI-powered chatbot. In this role, I was responsible for the design and implementation of complex user flows, establishing myself as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for chatbot operations within the organization. My success in optimizing these processes led me to consult with other teams, helping them replicate these efficiencies for their respective customers.
As I collaborated more closely with technical support teams to enhance chatbot capabilities by integrating ServiceNow and Nexthink APIs, I transitioned into a dedicated technical role. Since then, my focus has been to become a skilled programmer, starting with Python for back-end logic and automation, and utilizing Node.js and vanilla JavaScript for front-end integrations.

{ . . . }Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of technologies. These are the tools I am most comfortable with today, but it is by no means an exhaustive list of what I can do or what I am excited to learn in the future.
During my engineering journey I have also built a strong suite of soft skills that undoubtedly allowed me to excel in all of my roles so far.
Language
As an English major, I naturally excel at working with language and various language-oriented tasks. I can produce all kinds of internal and technical high-quality content like SOPs, WIs, product documentation, or training materials. In addition, I have a vast experience in designing, writing and publishing end user facing content such as KB articles or chatbot user flows.
Presentation
Writing, however, is not my only strength when it comes to soft skills. I tend to do a very good job giving presentations; hence, I have been asked to conduct technical product demonstrations or lead various training sessions on many occasions. I am also known to have the ability and willingness to be the face of the team, push for things to be done or act as 'that guy' connecting everyone.
Experience
The everyday corporate world has a unique set of challenges but given my background and current experience I was always able to and I continue to successfully navigate any professional situation thrown at me. I am also very experienced in collaborating with international stakeholders.

A Fullstack web application built with Django and Tailwind CSS, featuring AI-powered receipt scanning via Gemini API. It is meant to be intelligent order management system designed for speed and accuracy.
This CLI tool automates the process of downloading, installing, updating and removing AppImage applications on Ubuntu. For each application defined in a config.toml file, it can download latest releases, check for updates for already installed apps, and replace them with the new version.
This FastAPI application was developed to help my team and me efficiently gather, process, construct, and convert raw API responses from our internal tools into useful reporting data. The application offers several endpoints, each designed to extract specific data or format it as needed.
